Attractions, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, adventure sports and all other service providers are termed as ‘Operators’ in this page.

Cancellation & Refunds:

All sales are final. Not refundable, reloadable or redeemable for cash. Card must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. After first use, the card is valid for 2 or 3 days, depending on the type of card you purchase. Discounts on ‘Special Savings’ are valid for 30 days after first use. Standard age of children at admission is 4-15 years of age.

Domestic & International Shipping

Digital cards: Digital cards will be sent within 24 hours of successful payment on the email address used while purchasing.
Physical cards: If you prefer to purchase physical version of the Melbourne City Card, it will be shipped to you as following:
Within Australia: 5-7 business days
Outside Australia (worldwide): 14-21 business days

Redemption & Ticketing:

Redemption of services is through mobile app only. Only one redemption is allowed every 60 minutes. Once a ticket is redeemed or generated, it will be valid only for 5 minutes on the mobile phone application. If you close the application accidentally or intentionally, you may not be able to avail the services at the operator. The validity of Tickets issued on purchase of a Package may be, based on the specific Package purchased as detailed in the Card, Guide, Mobile Phone Application & Website www.melbournecitycard.com & www.citycardsglobal.com, limited to a set number of consecutive calendar days from the date of first use of any Package Benefit and/or limited to a set Ticket quantity. Benefits presented in our Card, Guide, Mobile Phone Application & Website www.melbournecitycard.com & www.citycardsglobal.com may vary from time to time and as such you should confirm the availability of the Benefit with the Operator prior to use of the Card. Special Savings is not a free service, payment needs to be done directly to the suppliers. You cannot return to an Operator to obtain a Benefit a second or subsequent time. Some services may need prior bookings.

All responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability or other thing in respect of the use of any Benefit is solely borne by the relevant Operator. Intoxicated individuals may not be provided any deals, services or admissions by the operators. Admission to certain venues or operators is solely at their discretion, and they may demand a specific dress code from the cardholders. The cardholders cannot customise or alter the services/activity/menu/drinks as per your preference, habits, allergy or mood. Opening hours and operating dates of the operators may change without prior notice, please get in touch with them directly for precise details. Operators Services may change or cancel depending on weather and other unexpected situations.

To the extent permitted by law, Citycards Global Pty Ltd & Melbourne City Card disclaim all liability arising out of or consequent to your use of the Card, Mobile Phone Application, Guide and Benefits.
